  • Member and Facility Portal: Member and Facility users will not be allowed to cancel or modify today or next day trips.
    Definition of Next-day-trip: It is next-working-day. Taking into account weekends and MART-declared holidays in the system.
  • Member and Facility Portal: Member and Facility user will not be allowed to book duplicate trips.
    Definition of duplicate trip: Same ClientId + Travel_Date cannot be booked again. Round trip are not considered as duplicate.
